Speed Painting: Cheery 1700's Flying (via Balloons) Palace
Another entry for the Concept Art Factory's weekly speed paint challenge. Done in 90 minutes, it's my interpretation of a Balloon flying 1700's cheery palace.. so I went with a flying take on the white house.. Cause how awesome would that be?!

I know the white house isn't really a palace.. (well.. by all definition's it really is..) but who cares. :)
